Getting Started

The PropEco API is designed to provide flexible access to a wide range of property, location, environmental, climate and energy data and models. The initial set-up process should take no more than five minutes.

Access & Pricing

You can access, test and subscribe to the API at www.propeco.io/api.

To discuss larger usage plans, or to request a discount (available for early-stage start-ups, not-for-profits and academic users), please contact us at info@propeco.io.

Tracking your Usage

To help you manage API usage, the following information is provided in the header of each response:

  • x-request-count
  • x-endpoint-request-count
  • x-quota-used
  • x-credits-used
  • x-quota-period-start
  • x-quota-period-end

You can view your full API usage via a dedicated endpoint. See API Reference → API Usage for more information.

Many of the datasets covered by the API are available as map overlays - please contact us at info@propeco.io to discuss your requirements.
